Happy Birthday Tonaya

So today is my wife's birthday. So we celebrated over the last two days. Saturday we got up and went up to Carson Washington. They have a natural hotsprings up there. So at the Carson Hotel we went up for their bath and massage combo. You soak for 20 minutes in a mineral bath, then you get out and the bath attendee wraps you up in towels and a blanket and tucks you in. So you basically fall asleep for 20 minutes and then they wake you up. Then they take you to the massage. That lasts an hour. Really relaxing.
From there we went down to Bonneville damn and stayed at the Bonneville spa and resort.
It was nice. We had dinner there and went for a walk saturday night. We saw deer in along our walk path and then we watched the salmon feeding in the stream. So, we had a good time. Sunday morning we got up and drove down to Beacon Rock. We hiked to the top, it is really cool still after climbing it a few times before. It is a mile climb up this rock that has a lot of switch backs with incredible views of Columbia River. So then we went back to the hotel and checked out after another dip in the outdoor hottub.
When crossing back into Oregon, there is the Bridge of the Gods. It is said that Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams,I think, threw rocks at eachother fighting over Mt. Saint Helens, and that is what formed the bridge across the Columbia. So yeah, google some of the stuff, because I forgot to bring my camera this weekend.
